Available Position

SALES ENGINEER

2 Post, Phnom Penh, Full-time, On-site

Requirements

• Degree in business management or have at least 1 or 2 years in the related field
• Experience in HRMS Software Condo Management Software is a plus training will be provided
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
• Experience in customer relationship management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Khmer are a must
• Dedication to providing great customer service and after-sales service
• Motivated in exploring new technology and markets segments


Duties & Responsibilities
• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenues and expense controls
• Meeting planned sales goals
• Setting individual sales goals
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
• Promoting the organization and products
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
• Handling existing customer account
